Parliament is still perceived by members of Parliament as an institution for their own enrichment. This paradigm needs to be broken, said Mykola Katerynchuk, representative of the Civic Position team on the air of the NewsOne channel.
“The people will not be hurt by the big salary of the deputies if people see that the income of the family budget increases, for example, every three months, that there is economic growth in the country as a result of their work. Therefore, the main requirement for the people’s deputies is not to steal and work effectively, serving the interests of the people”, said Mykola Katerynchuk.
