“Looting of state budget did not start yesterday or the day before yesterday. The whole political class has always been satisfied with this situation. Moreover, due to the political will of the top leadership, personnel have always been deployed to “cover up” corrupt schemes of stealing the state budget. VAT has always been a corrupt and political tax used by those who have been able to enter it. This crime has always had and still has a political “roof”. Is it possible to steal 2 billion euros from the state budget without protection from above? No! Today we are being overtaken by tax evasions schemes that were formed earlier. President Zelensky should remember who recommended him to keep the Minister of Finance, the head of customs from the previous government, in order to understand who is behind the crimes”, said Mykola Katerynchuk.
