You need to realize that there is no cure for coronavirus. Therefore, the only way to protect Ukrainians is to impose a state of emergency. But the state must become the main partner of every Ukrainian family.
“Imagine if the death rate from coronavirus according to the WHO is an average of 3%, then let’s count how many Ukrainians can die? This is 700-800 thousand. Terrible figure! A state of emergency is needed to prevent this from happening. But it is important to review public finances and help every Ukrainian family. What do I mean? It is necessary to give each family 5 thousand hryvnias so that it could be elementary fed during the state of emergency. Because in addition to human life, it is necessary to preserve the consciousness of people to stop possible looting. The state should become the main partner of every family. Then we will think about the economy. If we repeat the Italian scenario, then believe me, there will be no economic growth or investment inflows”, said Mykola Katerynchuk.
