Mykola Katerynchuk Applied to the President and the Police Internal Department with the Request Concerning the Arrest of the Member of All-Ukrainian Organization “Tryzub”
The People’s Deputy of Ukraine, the leader of the European Party of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk applied to the President of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General, the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Ukrainian Parliament
Commissioner for Human Rights concerning the arrest of the member of All-Ukrainian Organization “Tryzub” after S.Bandera – Oleksiy Zanuda.
“I received a claim from a citizen Pivtorak Zoya Vasylivna concerning illegal arrest of her son – Zanuda Oleksiy Oleksiyovych. As it is stated in the request, “Zanuda O.O. was arrested on the territory of the Obukhiv milk plant with violations of the legislature of Ukraine,”- the request says.
Due to the claimer’s statement her son has been kept with the group of young people in one of the District Departments of the Zaporizhzhya Police Internal Department without any charge. It is forbidden to mother to communicate with her son.
