In the budget of Kiev in 2018, the surplus is set at 9 billion UAH. And it is very surprising that with such financial possibilities, we see only cosmetic, and not “euro renovation” of the capital.
On the last weekend of May, Kiev celebrates its birthday. The capital attracts more and more people from all over Ukraine. According to official figures, there are 3 million people here, according to unofficial – almost 5 million. And this is close to the truth – because the city’s infrastructure every year is increasingly difficult to provide a comfortable life to the inhabitants of the capital.
Ukraine is Europe. But can we argue that Kyiv is the European capital?
