Mykola Katerynchuk: protection of election results will cost from 10 to 32 million dollars

The anti-fraud and results protection program in the presidential election will cost each candidate from $10 to $32 million, said the leader of the European Party of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk on the air of channel “NASH”.

Opposition candidates do not need to spend millions. It is worth protecting the results by working together.

“If the opposition candidates for presidency do not unite around fair elections, then the criminal-administrative resource will have enough opportunities to put the country before the fact that the pro-government candidate won,” Mykola Katerynchuk said.

The field of fraud is wide. According to the State Border Service today there are 3.2 million Ukrainians in the EU and 2.5 million in Russia – 5.7 million voters. Mykola Katerynchuk noted that according to the experience of previous years, one can count only on the votes of 10% of migrant workers who will come to Ukraine to exercise their suffrage. This means that there are 5 million unused ballot papers for fraud.

“Plus 4% of dead souls from the total number of voters is about 1.5 million nationwide. Add here 1.5 million internally displaced persons who are actually allowed to vote without registration anywhere. Plus 3-4% of people (about 1 million) who will vote at home because of illness. And we should not forget about the elections in the area of the Joint Forces Operation, where all possible fraud will be applied”, said the politician.

Mykola Katerynchuk emphasized that Grytsenko’s team has a well-developed mechanism for detecting fraud schemes and protecting every vote. The leader of the European Party of Ukraine called on the opposition candidates to join forces and protect the election results without preventing fraud.
