Svinarchuk-Gladkovsky is the main witness and participant of the fraud that Poroshenko carried out in the defense sphere. It would not be possible to build a case against the former president without his testimony, said Mykola Katerynchuk on the air of “NASH”.
Poroshenko is already building a system of his defense. And I think he will do everything to keep Gladkovsky silent. As for example, Gontareva is already silent in the UK. But I have a proposal for an effective Servant of the People group – to adopt amendments to the Criminal Code and increase the level of responsibility for corruption, in particular to provide life imprisonment with confiscation and without right of amnesty. This will be more than enough to open mouths of those who wish to remain silent. After all, the earlier you understand the threat of life imprisonment, the sooner you go to the deal with the investigation. Because there is no such money that would encourage anyone to be in jail for Poroshenko’s crimes”, said Mykola Katerynchuk.
