“Rumors about the criminal case against the mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadoviy is nothing more than political violence. In this context it is surprising that the issue of criminal responsibility for the deaths at Hrybovychi landfill was raised only a year after the tragedy”, – said the head of the Central Executive Committee of the European Party of Ukraine, the Deputy Head of Party Valeriy Klochok, on one of the TV channels.
“Some suggests that perhaps Andriy Sadoviy had an agreement with the former Attorney General, but Yuriy Lutsenko has been almost a year in a office, but his attention was not focused on this case. The case extends for a year, but no one has been served a notice of suspicion, no indictment act was issued. And only now, after the events related to the blockade, prosecutors raised the matter up. It looks like the political pressure”, – said Valeriy Klochok.
“Another question, did Andriy Sadoviy commite a crime or not. His involvement in the case has to be set by investigation”, – he added.
