Mykola Katerynchuk Applied to the Prime Minister with the Offer to Transfer the Tax Code Consideration for the Autumn

“To approve the Draft Tax Code of Azarov -Tihipko in the meaning it had been considered in the first reading is unacceptable. It will not provide development of civilized rules of relationships between tax bearers and the power and, what is the most important thing, it will not assist free development of small and medium businesses in Ukraine. Therefore it is necessary to transfer its consideration for the autumn thus providing a possibility to take into consideration the offers of experts, businessmen and the public”, – Mykola Katerynchuk has declared today during the meeting with businessmen of the Central market of Poltava.
 

“The European Party of Ukraine had made the open statement in which applied to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov to make the weighed decision and transfer consideration of the Draft Tax Code for the second reading in autumn of the current year. We suggest to organize visiting sessions of the Tax and Customs Policy Committee and public hearings on taxation issues in regions. In this case we will be able as much as possible in transparent way to prepare such document which will be urged to regulate relations between the power and tax bearers due to the European standards”, – underlined Mykola Katerynchuk during the meeting.

“Implementation of the experiment on businessmen and the state by Azarov-Tihipko through new unclear rules will lead to the consequences precisely bringing positive output neither for businessmen, nor for the state”, – considers Mykola Katerynchuk.
