The leader of the European Party of Ukraine, People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Mykola Katerynchuk asks Attorney General`s Office to deal with the circumstances of the formation of the Communist Party faction.
“I would ask to consider my statement as a request to the Attorney General`s Office in connection with the fact that unknown persons committed a crime and falsified documents relating to the registration of the Communist Party faction” – said Mykola Katerynchuk in the Parliament.
“There are no legal grounds for the formation of this faction and its participation in the work of the plenary meeting of the first session (7th parliament convocation)” – said Mykola Katerynchuk.
He also appealed to the representatives of the party “Svoboda” in the temporary presidium of the parliament: “On what grounds have you declared the presence of members of the Communist Party as a faction in the counting commission? Thank you for the answer”.
