“High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases issued a final decision in the case of Oksana Makar, leaving in force a life sentence for Krasnoshchok, 15 years in prison for Prysiazhnyuk – and 14 years in prison Pogosyan”, – wrote the lawyer of Tatyana Surovytska, the member of the European Party of Ukraine Viktor Vasylyuk on his page on Facebook.
“Despite the fact that we claimed for life imprisonment for all prisoners, I am satisfied with the decision in general. It is more important that Oksana`s mother is satisfied. She said: “It is enough for them. The rest is at the discretion of God” – is said in the statement.
“During the hearing Krasnoshchok said that he supported our appeal and asked the court to give everyone the same sentence, as they were acting togeher”, – said the lawyer Victor Vasylyuk and thanked everyone, who supported him, Tatyana Surovytska and Mykola Katerynchuk in this difficult case.
