Today the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court has satisfied the appeal complaint by the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, the leader of the European Party of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk and has cancelled the decision of Kyiv District Administrative Court of November, 24th, 2010 about returning to him of his statement of claim about recognition as an illegal inactivity of the Central Election Committee towards evasion from the announcement of the beginning of the electoral process of the following elections of the People’s Deputies on March 27th, 2011. Due to Mykola Katerynchuk’s words in this appeal complaint he asked the Court to force the CEC to declare about the beginning of the electoral process.

“The Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court also directed my claim affair against the Central Electoral Committee about recognition as an illegal inactivity of the Central Electoral Committee and the obligation to make action to the District Administrative Court of the City of Kyiv for legal investigation continuation. The decision of the Appeal Administrative Court has entered into validity and is not a subject to the appeal”, – Mykola Katerynchuk underlined.

“Our substantiation of the District Administrative Court of the City of Kiev competence to consider the dispute under this claim is entirely logic and in the legal field frameworks as I have told earlier. Moreover, I am convinced in my own rightness and I will certainly bring matters to the logic end. The Elections to the Parliament will take place in the spring of 2011”, – the People’s Deputy assured.
