Kyiv District Administrative Court decisively prohibited the Communists to conduct a referendum on Ukraine’s accession to the Customs Union

Today, Kyiv District Administrative Court decided on the administrative claim of the European Party of Ukraine, which is headed by People`s Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk, to the Central Election Commission and a number of citizens concerning the recognition of illegal actions.

In particular, the court decided to complete the application of the party “European Party of Ukraine” on the ensuring of the administrative claim, and to prohibit the Central Election Commission to send its representative (representatives) to meetings of citizens to hold the referendum under public initiative concerning the external integration of Ukraine regardless of the date and place of such meetings.
