“Elections will definitely be this year. Much will depend on the activity of Kiev citizens – whether they are ready to demand this elections”, – said Mykola Katerynchuk.
According to the Deputy, the government understands that it will lose the elections in Kiev, “that is why the game with voting on a resolution on the date of elections in two readings and with the Constitutional Court was started.”
“But if Kiev citizens realize that it is their city, instead of Donetsk authorities`, I think they will defend their interests. Moreover, after the traffic jams and floods the willing to change the power will be only growing. And the Ukrainian opposition is able to gather people for the long-term action, which would end after the appointing of the elections”, – added Mykola Katerynchuk.
