Congratulations to Jamala and all of us on winning the song contest “Eurovision-2016”. This victory is a victory of the whole Ukraine. It is our success and our hope for winning of the whole Ukraine.
The tender girl, who grew up in the Ukrainian Crimea, with hard work, wisdom and talent won the hearts of millions of fans of the Contest around the world. I think that her patriotism and equanimity love for free Ukraine became a cornerstone in the fight for the championship in this song contest.
To estimate a victory of Jamala today is simply impossible. Moreover, the confrontation with the other main contender had a political subtext among other things. We do not deny the talent of the Russian singer, but our Jamal is better! And her victory with the patriotic song “1944” is completely fair and deserved.
I hope and believe that Eurovision-2017 will be held on the Black Sea of the Ukrainian Crimea. We prayed for Jamala and now we pray for Ukraine.
