Kyiv District Administrative Court gave all legal grounds for criminal prosecution of Mykola Azarov and the members of his government in connection with the illegal action to break the European integration of Ukraine. This was announced today by the People`s Deputy of Ukraine, the leader of the European Party of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk after receiving the appropriate decision of the Kyiv District Administrative Court of February 28, 2014 (attached).
“On November 22 the European Party of Ukraine filed a lawsuit, in which asked Kyiv District Administrative Court to admit as unlawful the subsequent resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 905-p of November 21, 2013 “The issue of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other hand”, which among other things provides “to suspend preparing for signing the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union”. We have conducted a picket of the court, so that it ruled under the Constitution of Ukraine, not the Azarov`s desire”, – said Mykola Katerynchuk.
“And we finally got a decision that not only satisfies our requirements, but also gives grounds for criminal prosecution of Mykola Azarov and the members of his government, who voted for the rejection of the European integration. The court found unlawful acts of the Cabinet and canceled the notorious order “, – said the People`s Deputy of Ukraine. – “Therefore, Attorney General’s Office of Ukraine is obliged to impose criminal liability for the unlawful acts, aimed to illegally change a vector of foreign policy of Ukraine from the European to the Eastern, and to terminate the state process of European integration, which resulted in mass protests of citizens, that led to numerous victims”.
