“No one needs the Amnesty Law. Ukrainian legislation has already had all necessary tools to release all detainees immediately. All we need is the will of power, which simply trades with its people”, – commented on the “law of hostages” the leader of the European Party of Ukraine, People`s Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk. – “No law can guarantee something using the controlled judicial system”.
“The conditions of power to unlock the work of public institutions will be possible only after all requirements of Maydan are met: the unconditional release of all detainees, the dismissal of the government and quick amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, which would provide a parliamentary- presidential republic” – says the People’s Deputy of Ukraine. – “And even after that Maydan will be standing until a complete change of power”.
“From the beginning we set 9 tents. Round the clock there are from 40 to 120 of our Party members at Maydan. Some of them were injured during the clashes on Hrushevsky St. Every day we deliver a car of firewood for the needs of all protesters, provide warm clothes. A center of medical aid was organized in one of the tents of the European Party of Ukraine”, – informed Mykola Katerynchuk.
“The European Party of Ukraine will be at Maydan as long as the power fulfills all the listed above requirements”, – he added.
