Mykola Katerynchuk tries to disrupt the session of Kyiv City Council along with other members of the parliamentary opposition

The leader of the European Party of Ukraine, People’s Deputy of Ukraine and the member of the parliamentary faction “Batkivshchina” Mykola Katerynchuk tries to disrupt the meeting of Kyiv City Council along with the party members and the representatives of the parliamentary opposition.

At eight o’clock in the morning they gathered near Kyiv City Council and tried to break into the building near the main entrance. Police did not let them, pushing down the stairs. Mykola Katerynchuk also tried to climb over the fence, but police hindered him, applying force.

Parliamentarians was showing their Deputies IDs and reminding that they are untouchable by law. However, representatives of “Berkut” did not react at ll. As a result, the members of opposition have broken the fence kept by “Berkut” in front of the city council, and also thwarted body armors of several policemen. 

Now there is a meeting, in which Mykola Katerynchuk takes part.
