People’s Deputy of Ukraine, the leader of the European Party of Ukraine, Mykola Katerynchuk voted for the decriminalization of the indictment of Yulia Tymoshenko. He announced this after the session of the Parliament.

“The technical failure of the system “Rada” has happened at today’s plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, on January 11, 2013 during the voting for the Draft Law of Ukraine “On the Amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine” to ensure the international legal obligations of Ukraine (no.1099)”. “The system did not count my voice in spite of the fact that I pressed the button “Pro”. I applied to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Volodymyr Rybak, with the appropriate letter to take into account my vote “Pro” on this issue and check the system on my place and the whole system for voting “Rada”.
