“The European Party of Ukraine got a permission for motorcyclists to enter the center of Kyiv”, – wrote the member of the European Party of Ukraine Oleksandr Poltavtsev on his page on Facebook. – “The motorcyclists are allowed to enter the center of Kyiv from 8 am to 10 pm. We received such response from the KCSA on May 29, 2014. Although the letter only partially meets the wishes of motorcyclists, which, in fact, we were referring to during the preparation of the relevant request, but still, it is the first victory”.
“We have asked the President of the National Association of Motorcyclists of Ukraine Volodymyr Kovalskiy to help in deciding whether to permit movement of motorcycles in the center of the capital. We believe that the owners of motorcycles, as well as owners of cars, are eligible to move around in the center of Kyiv and in other cities of Ukraine”, – said Oleksander Poltavtsev.
