The European Court of Human Rights took into consideration the application of Ukrainians affected by the Chornobyl accident on violation of their rights by the state. Appropriate messages were received in the central office of the European Party of Ukraine.

Legal assistance in preparing the applications to the ECHR was provided by the lawyers of the European Party of Ukraine.
