04/10/2012 13:45

Today in Khmilnyk (Vinnytsya region) police arbitrarily detained the agitators of Mykola Katerynchuk, who is running for parliament in the majoritarian constituency no.13. The reason for the arrest was posting campaign materials in support of Mykola Katerynchuk.

“As it turned out later, police officers were acting at the direction of Drazhenkov – the Mayor Deputy of Khmilnyk. Their mission is simple: to discourage Mykola Katerynchuk. “Morals and decency mean nothing to them. They ignore even the constitutional rights of citizens, – emphasized the MP. -The agitators were released only after the intervention of our lawyers. And no one even apologized”.

“Although I have extensive political experience, the methods of my opponents are sometimes staggering. This time it is not exclusion. When flimsy arguments were finished, they started to use administrative resources. But I want to assure all 5 staffs which work against me – you will not succeed”- added Mykola Katerynchuk.
